Michele Cecchin

Michele was born in Northeast Italy. After earning his master’s degree in architecture at IUAV Higher Institute of Architecture University of Venice, he moved to Florence and worked as an architect and interior designer at a major real estate development company. He has acquired considerable experience in real estate development, restoration, concepts and space planning, projects in which has enhanced his skill set while at the same time getting immersed in the real estate world.
His professional background includes large-scale residential projects in the most beautiful Italian cities, like Florence, Venice and Milan. His design aesthetic was certainly influenced from having lived most of his life surrounded by the extraordinary architecture of Venice and the Renaissance of Florence. In addition to his work in the field, he obtained a Master in Business Real Estate at Bocconi University in Milan, where he was trained to meet the needs of the real estate market and the tastes of private clients.

An energetic and dynamic, multi-lingual architect and interior designer, Michele’s main area of expertise is luxury residential and commercial projects. Experienced in both traditional and contemporary interiors, his clients entrust Michele to satisfy and deliver their desires.

After his time in Milan, Michele moved to New York City where he joined Columbus International at Keller Williams NYC as a licensed real estate salesperson and he enjoys finding the perfect home for his clients. He assists them in a full-range of services, from the purchase of the houses to the design of the interiors, orchestrating furnishings, lighting and fabrics, and using his rigorous architectural background to ensure that spaces maximize flow. Overall creating for the appropriate architectural detail and visual impact.

Today, Michele lives in Chelsea, New York, and enjoys the work he does and continues to work on projects that range from private residences and condominiums to restaurants and fashion brands’ showrooms in SoHo.
