Call it a model home: fashion model Karlie Kloss is listing her New York City property for $2.75 million.
Located in a low-slung co-op in New York’s West Village, the small townhouse has its own entrance set behind a wrought iron gate, with a little landscaped garden, according to the listing information.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home also has an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast nook and a living room with 12-foot ceilings. The lower level is configured as a library and media den, according to the listing. The master bedroom has treetop views over Charles Street and a private terrace.
Ms. Kloss paid $1.975 million for the unit in 2012, according to property records. She and her husband, venture capitalist Joshua Kushner, brother of senior White House adviser Jared Kushner, have since moved on, selling their Nolita apartment for $6.6 million this summer, records show.
Ms. Kloss, 27, has modeled for brands like Victoria’s Secret and runs a computer coding camp for girls, known as “Kode with Klossy.”
